These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and star ph ("star ph," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the starph.vu website, all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, gaming content, and any services offered therein (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the star ph website, completing registration, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Registration constitutes your agreement to these Terms.

• You must provide your own true identity — registration under a pseudonym or another person's details is prohibited.

Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, Philippine Passport, PRC ID, or SSS ID. KYC verification is typically completed within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) business hours of document submission.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account login credentials, including username, password, and two-factor authentication codes. • Accounts may be temporarily suspended pending identity verification, AML review, or investigation of suspected policy violations.

Star ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses credited to a player's account may not be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Star ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering manipulation, or exploiting technical errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to permanent account closure.
• Promotional offers are generally intended for recreational players and may be modified or withdrawn from accounts displaying professional gambling patterns at star ph's discretion.

All games offered on star ph — including live casino table games, slots, sports betting markets, bingo, and other formats — are subject to specific rules displayed within each game interface or game information page. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

• Star ph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live gaming products. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, star ph reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result at the end of regular playing time unless otherwise specified in the relevant market rules.

• Bets placed after an event has concluded due to delay or technical error will be voided.

Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible at any time and take effect within the timeframes specified for each tool type.

Self-exclusion requests may be made through the account settings or by contacting star ph support. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the selected exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to register new accounts during the exclusion period — any such accounts will be closed and funds returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on star ph and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating or using multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using any form of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors knowingly to gain an advantage. Any such gains must be reported immediately and will be reversed.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using star ph Services in furtherance of any criminal activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC.
• Accessing star ph Services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with star ph's technical infrastructure.

All content on the star ph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, trademarks, and audiovisual materials — is the proprietary property of star ph or its licensed third-party content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No licence is granted to reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any star ph content without prior written authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, star ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, including gambling losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, even if star ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Star ph does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services. Planned and unplanned maintenance, third-party service outages, and events beyond star ph's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. Star ph's liability in connection with any such interruption is limited to the return of stakes on bets that were directly affected by and materially could not be completed due to the interruption.

• Star ph is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of internet connection failures on the player's end.
• Third-party payment provider delays or errors are outside star ph's control and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Star ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, use, and protection of personal data provided to star ph is governed by the star ph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on star ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).

Star ph collects personal information including name, address, date of birth, payment details, and gaming activity records as required for regulatory compliance, KYC verification, AML obligations, and service operation. Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

Players may close their star ph account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the player's verified payment method after satisfying applicable AML review requirements. Bonus balances not subject to active wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Star ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity.

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of star ph Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between a player and star ph, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via the star ph customer support channels. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the relevant Philippine courts or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable.

Star ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the registered address or through a prominent notice on the star ph platform. Continued use of the Services following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Players who do not agree with amended Terms may close their account in accordance with Section 12 before the amended Terms come into effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
