Star ph will respond to verified data subject rights requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. Complex requests may require an extension, in which case you will be notified.
Star ph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of twenty-one (21). The Platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 21 and above as required by PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process for all registered players.
If star ph becomes aware that personal data has been inadvertently collected from a person below the minimum age, we will immediately delete that data and close the associated account without notice. Parents and guardians who become aware that a minor has registered on star ph should contact the DPO immediately to request account closure and data deletion.
Star ph reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, NPC guidance, or platform operations. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this Policy. Continued use of the star ph Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not agree with the revised Policy, you may close your account as described in the Terms & Conditions.
